  Regina Phelps is an internationally recognized expert in the field of emergency management and continuity planning. Since 1982, she has provided consultation and educational speaking services to clients in four continents. She is founder of Emergency Management & Safety Solutions, a consulting company specializing in emergency exercise design, incident management team development and continuity planning.

A partial list of clients include International Paper, Northern Trust, VISA, Triton Container, Stanford University, Caltech Institute, Monterey Bay Aquarium, the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and the International Finance Corporation.

Regina has received numerous honors and awards including the IAEM US and Global Aware for Public Awareness, the Business Recovery Managers Association Award for Excellence in Business Recovery Planning, College of the Sequoia's, Hall of Fame; Outstanding Employer by the ARC; Women Entrepreneur of the Year, San Francisco Chamber of Commerce; and the Champion of Small Business, Small Business Administration.

Ms. Phelps is a faculty member of Norwich University and a frequent speaker at emergency management conferences such as DRJ, World Conference on Disaster Management and International Association of Emergency Managers. Ms. Phelps recently published, Emergency Management Exercises: From Response to Recovery through Chandi Media, a new subsidiary of EMS Solutions.
